I oversee the Master Control Operations staff of 18 employees for 3 primary Bahakel stations (including 17 sub channels) I am also responsible for our Production team of 17 employees and the quality control of all of our in house production. My position manages the day to operations including hiring, evaluating, training staff. My responsibilities also include budgeting and maintaining all production and master control equipment.
