  My current responsibilities include cradle-to-grave management of mortgage portfolio of 500+ loans in Chapters 11,12 & 13 representing over 75 million in outstanding debt as well as Litigation management involving Adversary proceedings, Lien Strips, Motion to Value, and Motion for Sanctions/Contempt; Working with local counsel, Investors, regulatory agencies and parent bank for settlement of escalated issues. Additional duties include initiating referrals to counsel for filing Motions for Relief and Proofs of Claim as well as other bankruptcy-related motions in a timely fashion; calculating financial figures necessary for filing Motions for Relief and Proofs of Claim; using Excel spreadsheets in preparing ledgers to facilitate cramdown conversions and post-conversion audits; reviewing bankruptcy plans and other documents; responding to incoming customer calls regarding their bankruptcy; corresponding with trustees and debtor attorneys as necessary; provide posting instructions on loan payments and processing invoices from counsel for payment. Excel in resolving complex bankruptcy issues and regarded as bankruptcy SME (subject matter expert) by senior management.
