People Management: • Complete all PDR’s quarterly and 15 days prior to the employee attaining their yearly • Distinguish any poor performers and place them on performance improvement plans • Ensure all staff hold current safety tickets o Ensure all staff are trained for the equipment on their location – JTO’s and certifications • Hold staff accountable for their day to day responsibilities o Daily drill site reports, daily maintenance logs, daily safety paperwork, FFD’s, the POD’s equipment aesthetics.
