Being Rick's group mate during our 3 on-the-job engineering training classes, I observed him as an excellent peer who is team oriented and helps his buddies out in case of trouble, etc. Rick knows what to do, and when to do it, which shows his skills in balancing multiple tasks without forgetting their importance and ranking - even under heavy workload.

There's clearly a liability issue that needs to be continually addressed. The curriculum we teach is overseen by three different organizations that have individual interests in making sure the curriculum is properly taught. In my first year as Sites Manager, we recieved awards from the MSF for highest student satisfaction in the State. I designed a logo and created a brand identity for the company, and oversaw the development of our website, while taking our business from cash only to credit card transaction driven, ramping up income in the process.

13ike Camp is an on-track education curriculum for the coaching of novice sport bike enthusiasts that are attending a Ti2TT trackday. Utilizing video feedback, we are able to coach more specifically by not only discussing what happens on track, but showing and sharing. Delivering the footage of our students on a DVD at the end of the day gives them the opportunity to continue to their training off track as they continue to review their laps and techniques. 13ike Camp is an on-track education curriculum for the coaching of novice sport bike enthusiasts that are attending a Ti2TT trackday.
