Developed the five-year business plan for the years 2013-2018. • Created “The Lincoln Way”, a unique, new automotive ownership experience for Chinese luxury customers. • Lead the go-to-market team, a dedicated cross- functional team, who carried out the implementation of the Lincoln brand plan over a two-year period leading up to the official launch in Q4 2014. • Debuted the Lincoln brand, products and the “Lincoln Way” at the Beijing International Auto Show in April 2014.
