As general manager, I was responsible for leading the launch of the Lincoln brand into the China market, the largest automotive market in the world and strategically important to the Lincoln brand globally. Key Accomplishments: • Lead the development of a comprehensive Lincoln China market strategy including: brand, product, pricing, marketing, customer service, logistics, distribution, IT, dealer network. Developed the five-year business plan for the years 2013-2018. • Created “The Lincoln Way”, a unique, new automotive ownership experience for Chinese luxury customers. • Lead the go-to-market team, a dedicated cross- functional team, who carried out the implementation of the Lincoln brand plan over a two-year period leading up to the official launch in Q4 2014. • Debuted the Lincoln brand, products and the “Lincoln Way” at the Beijing International Auto Show in April 2014.
