Rick Lanning deserves the loftiest of recommendations. There are many sides to a person. At a minimum, there is a professional side and a personal side. My introduction to Rick was from the professional side. There, he consistently overachieved annual sales goals, and developed into a skilled mentor and coach. Over time, I was introduced to the personal side, where I became to trust him as strategic thinker with the highest of moral values and integrity.
