  The Board of Trustees has financial responsibility for a 9-digit endowment fund including the endowment of the Diocese of CT as well as 120+parishes' individual endowment funds. We monitor and supervise the investment strategies and results of our outside money managers as well as the withdrawals by the parishes with an eye to fiscal sustainability. In Oct '18, after I had campaigned since joining the Board, we added an ESG offering (Environmental stewardship, Social inclusion, and transparent Governance), where we only invest in the best corporate citizens. Membership on D&B also means membership on the Episcopal Church of CT Leadership Council. In addition, I serve on the Leadership Gathering Planning Committee.
