  Who We Are Olaya Studio is a design firm headquartered in Philadelphia since 2006. Our geographic and cultural backgrounds, coupled with an intimate knowledge of the region, give us a unique perspective for creating urban, architectural and interior designs that are both unabashedly contemporary and deeply rooted in their context. We provide a full range of design services to commercial, university and institutional clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. What We Do Olaya Studio strives to create beautiful spaces and buildings that reflect the best of contemporary society. We fill our designs with life, passion, and excitement through the thoughtful and playful use of light, space, and materials. Our design process draws inspiration from the beauty of the natural environment as well as forward-looking technologies. We involve our clients in the design process from conceptualization through occupancy, listening to and learning from their desires, concerns, motivations, and goals. What sets us apart?
