  Conference Series LLC is an open resource platform that conducts 3000+ global events including International Conferences, Workshops, Symposia, Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Science Congresses in all the major scientific disciplines across America, Europe, The Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As Conference Coordinator, I was accountable for supporting the successful running of large conferences in the Vancouver area. This included coordinating 4 concurrent conferences with speakers from international universities and business institutions, managing speaker and presenter schedules to ensure conferences ran on time, and providing technical support for speakers and presenters under tight timelines in highly stressful situations. I also managed attendee registration and addressed on-going issues and challenges during the conferences to provide a smooth and consistent customer conference experience.
