Richard Carr is the Sales Director for powerTRUST and has been since it started in business in 1992. He works with his team based in Leeds from offices at Ledston Luck Enterprise Park. Richard is responsible for overseeing the development of the company through its recent changes and growth to ensure that powerTRUST is following the business growth plan to achieve its goals and objectives both short term and long term. He enjoys driving growth within the business, helping employees to achieve their goals and working with his management team to ensure that the business is risk managed and protected to ensure longevity. Richard graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses initiative in February 2014. In the financial year 04/2014 - 04/2015 he has taken the business through a journey of discovery. Not all of it easy, many challenges have arisen but via careful selection and change, including implementation of key staff we have achieved a growth of 34%.
