Richard is a tireless worker with a great knowledge of games. Over the last few years he's spent time in China and added to this an enviable understanding of Eastern culture that should help him to develop the sort of internationally-appealing games we're all trying to make. When I give a project to Rich, I know he'll get the job done: he's that guy.

Richard is a very talented and friendly game designer, extremely knowledgeable and very good at dealing with system and game mechanics. He has a great care for every projects he is working on, is a pleasure to work with, and will always dedicate himself to reach the best possible quality for the project. I certainly hope I will have the chance to work with him again in the near future and would recommend it to any company that is looking for a talented game designer.

I am responsible for diagnosing faults with PCs, laptops, printers and retail hardware that the 1st level service desk is unable to. Once diagnosed I deploy a fix strategy either over the phone, through sending parts or by deploying an engineer with the appropriate parts.
