Completely redesigned and upgraded entire network infrastructure. Upgraded 31 closets with 0 down time. UDI has completed several additional projects since the initial engagement including a Cisco Wireless infrastructure with 170 lightweight Access/Points. •Won a competitive bid for a large engineering firm. Provided presales and implementation engineering for 360 handset Cisco IP telephony implementation in Houston and New Orleans. Become the sole bidder on a project to upgrade systems and provide a redundancy/ business continuity architecture. UDI has completed a project providing a VMWare infrastructure with an active-active replication of all data between Houston and New Orleans. •Designed and Deployed Cisco Call Manager infrastructure with a highly redundant WAN based on MPLS with routed VPN backups for a Bank with 13 branches and a Data Center. •Provided CXO level consulting technology and business continuity plan development to several law firms and one bank. •Member of the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Cisco User’s Group. •Panel member for data forensics at the Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association 2005 conference. •UDI and its customers fared well through hurricane Katrina.
