Since 2012, Richard and his teams in HOED and VIGIL have undertaken mystery shopping and customer experience research fieldwork for me. Richard makes it very easy to complete studies as he and his team know their products and services very well, and are very easy to work with. Throughout the work we have had a very positive relationship, and technically the research has been completed without difficulty, so that we can focus on the results and learn what the end customers are saying about brands and services.
