I really enjoyed working with Rich. At GLH we launched a global hotel brand. Work packages included designing and building the tallest building in Singapore and refurbishing iconic London hotels to our new brand standards. I had never done anything like this before. Rich was the glue that held each strand of the programme together and ensured the whole team ran at pace and as a pack. Highly commercial guy, very effective senior influencer, structured, humour, no ego. Absolute delight to work with, Rich taught me a lot.

I started working with Rich when he was a programme manager for a global datacentre outsourcing customer. He was excellent right from the early stages of the bid in thoroughly organising the process from the client's perspective and was great at building a very trustworthy relationship between the organisations; client and provider. His programme and project management ability has been excellent during the project phase where he has been key in driving the projects forward on a successful path. He is extremely approachable and always willing to work together, something which I think is an excellent quality required for a successful partnership.
