I have known Richard for the better part of 15 years. Richard has a natural ability to quickly absorb and utilize information, technical or other, like nobody else I have ever worked with. As a partner for a part time start-up that Richard now manages, I have no problem admitting the fact that when our team feels as though we have run into a situation that seems overly challenging, and we have many times over, we can always count on his ability to remain composed & professional while providing solutions that simply make sense.
