Created priority information requirements (PIR) for the Defensive Cyber Operations – National Guard (DCO-NG). Currently working with government leads to establish slots for Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection, collection plans, and applicable training with INSCOM. Conduct daily review of cyber news feeds, threat briefs, incident reports, and vulnerability alerts from internal and external sources and determine its applicability and threat to the infrastructure. Parse and disseminate data into cyber threat advisories (CTA) which pertain to DCO-NG’s PIRs and conduct daily briefings with government leads to communicate these findings and threat to the ARNG’s infrastructure. Conduct daily standup briefings for the CTIC with government leads, conduct weekly COMOPS briefing to the subordinate 54 states and territories, participate in weekly classified threat briefings with higher echelons. Liaison with government leads, Security Operation Center (SOC), Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT), Vulnerability Assessments teams to create situational awareness for threats and answer requests for information as necessary.
