I am accountable for the onboarding process for all 1-6 setting UK and Ireland early years customers. As their Customer Success Specialist, I provide the necessary personalised training to each client easing the transition from paper-based management across to digital. I work closely with both organisational and setting managers to ensure maximum financial and day-to-day efficiency within their institution. With up to 100 customers in on-boarding at a time I have been able to maintain high retention rate throughout the company by creating strong relationships with my clients. As a product specialist I have an intimate knowledge of the platform being able to answer the technical questions and queries of the sales department when needed. I have also solidified my reputation as the product financial expert within the company, confidently being able to help customers with pricing, invoices, managing debt and financial reporting. I also work closely with the CFO handling customer invoicing questions and reviewing those with outstanding invoices. My other responsibilities include providing training webinars for new features for our whole customer base, speaking live to around 100 clients at a time and answering their questions live. I am also a product adviser working closely with the development team to ensure new features meet the customer needs.
