Richard is one of the best people you will meet. He is able to think and reflect creatively about important initiatives, plans effectively, and is a powerhouse at "getting things done". More important than all of that, Richard is a friend to all and knows how to bring out the absolute best in all the people with whom he interacts. If you want someone that is smart, works hard, is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of a business hire Richard. Richard worked for me when I was Chief Operating Officer of Collaborative Consulting running the Operations group. He was the go-to person for so many key activities in Collaborative. He was responsible for troop movement (a key function in a consulting company), pricing, annual budgeting, strategic planning, reporting from our PSA system and many other functions. He was an active member of the senior management team and one of the most knowledgeable managers in the company. Richard was a key member of the merger & acquisition team when Collaborative merged with CGI. After the merger, many of the office functions were eliminated including the COO, CFO, head of Operations, HR and others. I would highly recommend hiring Richard. You will not be disappointed.
