Shafer Leadership Academy provides people of all ages, backgrounds and interests access to the tools necessary to develop and enhance their leadership skills. Reporting to the Board of Directors, I provided daily leadership for all Shafer Leadership Academy operations and was responsible for the execution of the organization’s mission.
