Redefine|BDL Hotels is an independent hotel management company, with an exceptional track record of developing and managing a diverse collection of branded and private label hotel properties across the UK. The summary of my role and experience includes managing and maintaining a high standard of customer service in the Food and Beverage department measured by excellent customer feedback and reviews. I recruit by using the "making the right choice"​ framework and follow it up by coaching and developing the team. Maximising any sale's at every opportunity by encouraging upselling and motivating the team by organising incentives to drive current promotions, increase sales and reach budget.
