My wife and I attended a free workshop Richard conducted at the Way Public Library in Perrysburg on Estate Planning, and from the beginning of our relationship Richard has been top notch. Through a difficult process of planning for the worst situations in life, Richard had a very personal touch to his services and listened to all of our goals. The structure of his process is also very beneficial, giving my wife and I time to discuss our personal goals, trustees, guardians, POAs, etc. in private. Richard also gave us very useful tools to help us select guardians as well, going above just "writing the legal documents". I happily recommend Richard (and already have) to anyone that is interested in creating and maintaining an Estate Plan. I am also looking forward to the next step in the process, a new service he offers called "Legacy Planning".
