As a part of Community Emergency Rescue Team, I had the opportunity to work with Richard. Mr. Whitehead is a great team member and leader, he carry great knowledge and experience in different fields and eager to share it. His friendly and professional attitude with other team members speaks for him.

Timothy C. Reichel, PCP

Richard's concern for his fellow citizens is showcased by both his service with the Mayfield Village Police force and his volunteer status with the Northeast Ohio Region of the American Red Cross. Not only this but Richard has offered his services as an independent instructor with the Ohio Emergency Management Agency. I have had the pleasure of working with Richard on several occasions and have found him to be knowledgeable, diligent and extremely hard working. Not only this, he is trustworthy and a man 'of his word'. The individuals to which he serves should be proud and grateful for his service. I would recommend Richard with no reservations.
