      As a Patrol Sergeant I supervised 15 officers in the field. I issued work assignments, coordinating training, and conducted disciplinary investigations. Upon my return to the Training Division I continued to research and develop lesson plans. I was also project lead on the implementation of new computer aided dispatch and records management software in the department.Since 2018 I have been the Terminal Access Coordinator for the department.
