For the winter 12/13 season Flaine was run by two Resort Supervisors rather than having a single Resort Manager. As one of the two supervisors I was responsible for positive supplier relations, ensuring all resort paperwork is completed in a timely manner, providing positive and constructive feedback to resort reps where needed, all aspects of the customers journey from taking pre departure customer care calls, all the way through to delivering a timely and organised transfer / airport departure. Providing staff training on all aspects of the reps role to ensure the team exceed the customers' expectations at every stage of their journey. Provided training and assistance to a remote rep who ran La Clusaz. leading the rep team by example and providing motivation and incentives throughout the season to ensure the reps to exceed the sales and customer service targets
