Currently working on the development of Technical Parts Decomposition for the entire Huisman Equipment fleet of installations. In addition these technical decompositions are being developed to become Parts Catalogues to enable our clients a more efficient aftersales procurement process for obtaining (Spare Parts).As Senior Spare Parts Engineer I replace the Account Manager when she is absent. I am the first point of contact for the (Medior) Spare Parts Engineers and Sales assistants for questions and issues regarding processes, procedures and substansive content.The Sr. SPE coordinates the more complex Pipelay & Offshore Drilling projects with regard to (newbuild & maintenance) spare parts and the commercial offers / sale resulting from these projects.Additionally commercial offers and project plans as well as internal production requests from Medior SPE's are checked on content, correct grammar and correct use of procedure and suggest improvements where neccesary. Also periodic reports to (project) management, coaching (new) employees and giving workinstructions and presentations are part of the scope as well as playing a fundamental role in the registration of the Spare Parts Philosophy. Huisman Europe ( HEU) branche of Huisman Global Services (HGS) serves the Huisman Equipment customers with Aftersales services, Spare Parts & maintenance of their Huisman Equipment installations. The Spare Parts Engineer analyzes the new build documentation, technical data & Autocad drawings to determine complete new build spare parts package for Long Lead items such as E-motors, Gearboxes, Hydraulic Cylinders & Frequency Inverters. The Electrical Cabinets, Hydraulic diagrams and Mechanical drawings are also analyzed and a complete package of New build short lead spares are determined.The resulting Spare Parts packages are offered via fair commercial quotations and discussed with the customer contacts. Any order resulting from this approach are handled by the spare parts engineer.Tasks & responsibilities:Consulting various engineers for determination of spare parts packages.Customer contacts on international level resulting in spare parts sales.Arranging project administration concerning sale of significant thousand to multi-million euro spare parts packages.Arranging procurement, logistics & invoicing of multiple orders at the same time.Current customers include Technip, Ezra, VARD & DOF, Noble for Spare Parts determination for their respective Pipelay & Drilling installations.
