I work with subcontractors as well as self preform crews to efficiantly complete work, I try to look at situations and anticipate the needs and make sure that we have the material, equipment and a clear path forward so we keep the work moving. I take full responsibility for everything that happens on my sites and safety is my higest priority. I have sucessfully compleated projects ranging from 600,000 to 25 M, from earthen dams to large scale renovations of historicly protected buildings. Most of the people that I have worked with here have been team players and that has led to sucessfull projects. Show less

I was hired as a foreman for the Hawaii Air National Guard HQRs in Hanger 13 Hickam AFB and remained employed here for most of 6 years. I learned volums from the CC staff and owner and owe them a debt of gratitude for the lessons. I ran numerious high profile projects, from Barrics for the coast Guard to Bath houses on the north shore to a pavillion in a botanical garden on the windward side of oahu. One of our anchor clients was (and as I understand it still is) McDonalds. I was in charge of a retro fit McDonalds in the heart of waikiki right on Kalakaua Ave. The work was chalanging at times but worth every minute. Show less
