  I am principal of Market Analysis and Research, an Atlanta, Georgia consulting practice dedicated to site location analysis aimed at the retail and shopping center development community. My main responsibilities include providing sales forecasts and feasibility studies for a variety of retailers, shopping center developers and municipalities. We have worked for retailers and developers across a wide variety of retail formats including better fashion centers and retailers, major mixed use developments, regional malls, power centers, outlet centers, lifestyle centers, and freestanding stores. These developments have been located nationally in the U.S., in Canada, and the Caribbean. Prior to founding Market Analysis and Research in 1993, I was employed by the Hechinger Company, with responsibilities for site location analysis and market strategy studies. He has also been employed by JMB/Federated Market Research Company, with responsibilities for site evaluation, market, and consumer research, and by CACI Market Analysis Division in London, England with responsibilities for demographic analysis, site location analysis, consumer research, and market segmentation studies. He has a MA in Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
