  Using skills displayed in a previous role as Sales Advisor I was entrusted with leading the Sales Team. The first task was to help build a team of people to replace existing colleagues, myself included, who had moved on to more senior management roles. During this time the business grew exponentially. Particular achievements during this time include; obtaining underwriting licences for key insurers, being a main contact (including outbound visits) for our very successful sub-broking facility, facilitating the very smooth acquisition of a competing broker and increasing revenue and profit whilst maintaining a favourable COR for our insurers on their delegated authority schemes.
