Accomplishments during my first year at Clifton High School include the following: The establishment of ASPIRE(All students provided with the individual resources needed to excel) an alternative school program for students that have not succeeded in the traditional high school.   Supervise and administer all facets of the operation of Peekskill High School a comprehensive high school with a population of 800 students (700 in the high school and 100 in an alternative high school) including but not limited to the following: Restructured the high school to integrate all subject areas into an interdisciplinary and interactive teaching model for the delivery of all instruction. Implemented a double block alternate day schedule for all humanities classes. Developed and implemented a plan to eliminate all tracking engaging all students in Regents level curricula. Implemented a new evaluation model in consultation with the teacher's union (The Danielson Model).
