I direct and manage the plant maintenance staff, programs and processes in order to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment. Provide functional, technical or process leadership to my maintenance crews and contractors. I designed the plant wide PM program which custom designed for each piece of equipment. I'm responsible for and accountable for all maintenance expenses, generating PO's, tracking and reducing costs.
