      As a “Hands on” Manager for the Mechanical Engineering group for Optivus Technology, Inc (A Radiation Medicine Device Manufacturer), I directly designed the Mechanical Portions of Clinical and R&D equipment for Loma Linda University Medical Center, including a Clinical Digital Imaging Patient Alignments System, R&D Configurable Beam Line for NASA and Clinical Radiation Testing, Clinical Patient Immobilization Apparatus for Treatment Rooms as well as for CT Scanners, Clinical Beam Depth and Collimation Nozzles, etc. The responsibilities of the position included working with the Doctors and Physicists to develop requirements, create Conceptual Designs, Detail the designs, Fabricate Prototypes and Production equipment, validate product to requirements, and support the commissioning of the devices by the Loma Linda Staff. The products developed were designed by myself, in Solidworks, as 3D models and assemblies, and completed via 2D Drawings.
