I worked closely with Roger during my time at Hullabaloo, who was leading the design of big projects such as Somfy Showroom, and Parkside (part of Topps Tiles). Roger is extremely adaptable, and this was evident when I had come into my own role with the aim of establishing a new tech-stack which would help achieve a more efficient and maintainable infrastructure -- both technically and non-technically. The changes I had implemented were significant and consequently required a lot of pivoting from Roger, but his enthusiastic attitude had made the process much simpler and more enjoyable. As a result, we were able to successfully deliver the Somfy Showroom on the first iteration of the new process, working to a tight deadline caused by client budget constraints. There were countless instances where Roger was more than willing to create runway for me to jump into a piece of work that needed doing (almost always without me needing to express so), since my own role was heavily loaded with full-stack development duties; all of this signifies excellent leadership and personability.
