  I was one of a small entrepreneurial team that launched CME Group’s new start-up Recognised Investment Exchange in April 2014. Working collaboratively, I helped build the exchange and its markets from the ground up, cultivating internal stakeholder relationships with the Chicago and London CME Group teams. The majority of our functions were supplied via Service Level Agreements and I was responsible for managing those agreements with CME Group and CME Clearing Europe (our Clearing House).
