Responsibilities included the state regulated reporting of chemistry levels in 11 various bodies if water rated for swimming. Bodies of water ranged from 30,000 gallons to over 150,000 gallons. Other duties included the maintenance and management of all common / recreation areas including 4 clubhouses, a commercial sized theater, a natatorium, and 20+ tennis and pickleball courts.
