Day to day responsibilities include engineering, administering, and managing the resources that enable Aqua's IT department to function as an effective business unit. Deployments, upgrades, and the daily care and feeding of critical infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, Azure, Office365, Workday, Antivirus, Backups, VM's, core network technologies, PKI, Citrix, and hardware to name a few.

Designed, planned, procured, and implemented a multi-tiered Windows based Server environment to support a 1.2 million square foot retail warehouse facility. This included all facets of support for local users as well as a remote facility in Reno, NV. Responsibilities included but not limited to deploying hardware, patching Windows systems, deploying VM's, Active Directory maintenance, project planning, budgeting, and hardware maintenance.
