Letter Of Recommendation It is my utmost pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Richard Ruth, Phlebotomy Supervisor for UF Health Leesburg, Richard has been an outstanding addition to our Laboratory, working in a Supervisor capacity. Since Richard has joined us, the phlebotomy team has been more effective and work together as a cohesive team. Richard is team-oriented and highly skilled working with different personalities and is very fair when it comes to scheduling and everyday issues that may arise. He ensures that his phlebotomists are happy and works with them as needed to make sure the workflow is smooth. He answers a lot of phone calls during our busy mornings with ease and effectiveness. He makes sure that lab orders are processed and received in the different areas of the lab in a timely manner to make sure the lab techs get their work done. Richard gets the job done even though it can get very stressful at times. Richard would be an excellent addition to any organization. I highly recommend him. He has compassion for his team and is an effective listener and advisor. He is understanding and is truly someone that you can talk to. You can rely on him because he is a genuine human being. Susan M. Sanchez, MLT (AMT)
