After 12 amazing years providing Executive leadership to Venterra's Property Operations Group, where we grew from a start-up with 1,500 units in Texas to a best-in-class operating platform spanning 22,000+ units and 8 states, I was asked to focus my energy on leading Venterra's ambitious growth plans. This opportunity has allowed me to leverage my extensive experience across almost all areas of the organization to help chart Venterra’s future growth. During my time as COO I was asked to assume leadership of our Technology, Accounting Operations and Research Groups. My mission was to drive improved execution and eventually transition leadership to a dedicated Executive leader. This allowed me to oversee Venterra's 40+ Technology Group that builds our internal Property Management System and ensures we are on the leading edge of technology application in the MF industry.
