After 12 amazing years providing Executive leadership to Venterra's Property Operations Group, where we grew from a start-up with 1,500 units in Texas to a best-in-class operating platform spanning 22,000+ units and 8 states, I was asked to focus my energy on leading Venterra's ambitious growth plans.
