I worked with Richard during my time as Operations Director at The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK). As a Trustee of the charity, Richard contributed a considered, experienced, and highly informed approach which led to him becoming Chair of the Business Committee, a member of the Executive Group, and also Trustee with oversight of highly critical transformation projects. During two significant projects which I was responsible for, Richard's oversight and support at a professional and detailed level, and also at a personal level, was critical to the successful delivery of the projects. Demonstrating Richard's willingness to put into practice the strategic ambitions of Trustees, Richard has also completed a series of fundraising challenges for the charity. I remain grateful for Richard's considerable guidance and support during our time working together, and look forward to an opportunity to work with Richard again.
