  Governor in Council appointment as a Member of the Social Security Tribunal for four years; hearing, analyzing, and writing Employment Insurance and Income Security Appeal decisions that required a thorough understanding and interpretation of the Employment Insurance Act and its Regulations, the Canada Pension Disability Plan, and case law. Having written over 400 appeal decisions, many of my decisions have been published. (95% were exported to the United States).- Established 250+ member dealer network.- Sold direct to major accounts (one customer purchased over 12000 terminals). - Sourced OEM manufacturing of Datasym designed product in China.- Developed world’s first hybrid POS terminal, a cross between a PC and a cash register.- Received many industry awards over the years.- Chaired the seven member Datasym Board of Directors.
