  I arrived at CONITY at an early stage of the first product "MyCONITY", my first task was to insource the whole solution and to take possession of the code. I was able to audit, structure and strengthen the code base of the solution. During this period, I had to set up the cloud architecture that would host the solution, I was able to train myself to the different AWS services in order to create a robust and scalable structure in accordance with the company's vision. I was then able to manage all the evolutions of the platform: API creation, security, UI/UX improvement, implementation of a mobile application. I learned how to outsource development and manage external providers. Since 2019 I also took on the responsibility of recruiting new developers in order to delegate a large part of the development to focus on project management and technical management of the company. Lately we had the satisfaction of launching two new web applications dedicated to home builders (BATYSIGN and DEPOSIT) which are our greatest achievements at this point. Show less
