  In a management and customer facing role, I led the technical analysis on a £1M interoperability study between the US F-35 fighter jet and UK Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carrier. • Developed and delivered collaborative technical workshops that involved the UK aircraft carrier design team, US F-35 design team, and the UK Ministry of Defence’s (MoD) F-35 acquisition team.• Created an Enterprise Architecture based on MODAF & DODAF frameworks, which involved the management of an architecture team of two.• Ensured customer acceptance of the identified technical integration risks, ultimately leading to the successful integration of the platforms into service and delivering the desired military capability. • As requested by the customer, produced statements of work and costings for follow-on work, resulting in the successful contract awards for 2 more years of work.

  • Independently provided change consultancy to the MoD in Whitehall, London. Supporting the Ground Manoeuvre department to implement Through Life Capability Management (TLCM). Culminated in the successful delivery of a toolset and process demonstrator.• Worked with Senior Consultants in a collaborative partnership with Roke Manor and Jacobs Sula to perform a scoping study to assess the business impact of applying TLCM to the MoD’s DE&S Land Division• Evolved BAE Systems’ TLCM toolsets and processes via running pilots within Typhoon Capability Development, culminating in them successfully implementing the toolsets to support their daily activities.
