Change managed Telekom Brunei’s network planning and design from an outsourced model to in-house, directly employed staff to bring skills and knowledge in-house and accelerate network construction and service activation. Set the project’s design rules / parameters and managed the Planning department’s production of technical drawings and associated documents / work instructions for the rollout of new FTTP and expansion of FTTC (MSAN) networks. January 2015 – Accepted the additional duties of the FTTP Project Implementation Manager role alongside the project and planning management tasks.
