  As Assistant Manager my main duties are to run the shop in the absence of the Store Manager and to manage the shop floor. More specifically the role includes managing stock take preparation, ensuring all Audit criteria are adhered to, following merchandising instructions and keeping the displays up to date, cashing up, ordering change, dealing with Loomis collections, ordering stock, dealing with customer complaints, people management, people development, performance management and anything else that is necessary in the running of the shop.
