    • OTR Coordinator
      • Jun 2016 - Present

I have worked with Across-the-Way Productions (Roanoke, VA) for the past two years on FloydFest, as well as other events throughout the year, primarily in marketing and artist relations roles. This included coordinating the 2017 FloydFest On The Rise Competition, and seeing it through all stages, from contract, to advances, promotions, to day-of/on-site coordination, and venue management for weekly “battles” at The Phoenix, as well as for Floyd Fandango and FloydFest. • Editor In Chief
      • Jul 2015 - Present

While in college at Appalachian State, I co-founded The Poke Around, an online music publication that was founded in 2015, and I remain as Editor-in-Chief. We have grown to cover live music on a national scale with a dedicated network of reporters and photographers, and are beginning to narrow our focus to the cross-section between live music and non-profit organizations.
