At Kings Cross Station redevelopment a challenging project, I was involved in several key installations. At pre-commencement, and had several responsibilities working collaboratively with Vinci and Network Rail relocating the station operators into temporary offices within other parts of the station, to allow the main project works to commence. Also at King Cross Richard was responsible for other enabling works coordinating the temporary works allowing the public walkways and temporary ticket offices. The installation of a 4.5 Mega Watt substation supplying power from 3, 11kv sources via 2000amp rising busbars. Generating and maintaining temporary supplies for an existing tenant, a difficult, high profile bank while sub-station were being established.
