I am the founder of a non-profit based in Somerville. I began working with Richard nearly 2 years before we actually acquired a building in Somerville. He was excited by the work our non-profit does, and just wanted to share his knowledge of the community and building issues with me in advance of our settling in Somerville. Once we I began the search for a suitable building, he continued to provide insight and feedback. We purchased our student residence in July 2013.
