      After starting at Dynamite in 2006, my role developed from co-ordinating projects on a day to day task level, through to full responsibility for managing the product development cycle and more broadly, to full range/ product life cycle management. This involved developing strategic briefs with the directors and effectively utilising the available resources to manage and develop new and existing product ranges. My responsibility was to understand and articulate a products brand values, ensuring it fills a specific gap in the product range and to provide guidelines so that all communications to our customers and consumers, use the correct tone and language. This role worked closely with the Marketing Manager and I had a large influence in developing and signing off all marketing materials including those for print and digital. A key part of this role was developing and managing the portfolio of sub brands as well as the creative design process for all packaging and I have a strong working knowledge of creative design, art working and print processes.
