  Issued Patent Lab Notebooks and recorded into a P&G Global Database. When the Patent documents were surrendered back to me, it was my role to enter key words into the Patent description on the database. The Lab book file was then prepared for achieving using a local secure Data processing company. On return of data it was my responsibility to data entry the micro fiche file into the database . Every year I would organise the return of ‘Closed files’ to NIC office and when entered into the global database, I would be able to generate an annual audit for future reference and retrieving hard copies for research purposes. The original Lab Books would then be shipped to P&G secure Document Archieve site.
