  I am responsible for a team of over 60 people, aswell as our huge insect colonies. My teams produce over 100,000,000 insects each week, which are supplied, on a wholesale basis, to shops, internet sellers, chain stores, zoo's, universities, etc.I am responsible for forecasting budgets, breeder & production colonies, team levels, expected production rates. I also carry out logistics & target planning, designing production development plans, breeder & production targets, ensure working rota logs are maintianed for 365 days working and plan working rates for our very busy department.Sometimes I still find time to go and get my hands dirty by 'playing' with the insects again!
