My remit was to set up, manage and develop all of the administrative systems of the company. I have a complete understanding of finance relevant to smaller businesses. I prepared the management accounts and took responsibility for the bank and cash flow. In support of the accounts, stock control and customer service, I specified and ran the company IS. I personally prepared the payroll using Sage software. My role was operational. I took overall charge of projects delivering change. I was the liaison for the auditors and main contact for suppliers and all administration. I gave personal attention to the credit control of the largest accounts. Show less
